Looking to Catch an Edmonton Oilers Game At The New Rogers Place?

We have season tickets (pair) to offer guests staying in our condos. Our tickets are located in the Sportsnet Area and include complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and buffet style food. The tickets are available for purchase at face value for more info contact us.
  • How do I make a reservation? +

    To make a reservation click here, you will be required to fill out a little basic information (the more the better) and we will be in touch with you within minutes!

  • What method of payment is accepted? +

    We accept all major credit cards, company cheque, certified cheque or company wire transfer of funds.

  • Do you require a security deposit?  +

    Yes, we do require a security deposit at the time of booking. Reservations of 30 days or less require at $500 security deposit, reservations over 30 days require one month’s rate security deposit (rates vary between destinations). This security deposit is refunded upon inspection and property is found to be free of physical or noise damages.

  • Do I have to pay when I reserve the property?  +

    Full payment is due at time of booking (including the security deposit).

  • What is the cancellation policy? +

  • I do not have a credit card. Can I stay with Infiniti Hospitality? +

    All guests require a credit card to stay at an Infiniti Hospitality destination. 

  • Do I have to sign a rental agreement for the property? +

    Yes, all destinations have a rental agreement that is sent to you at the time of booking. We do require the agreement to be signed and returned prior to check-in. Without the agreement return and signed your reservation will not be fully completed. 

  • Can I get a lower rate if I stay longer? +

    Yes, we do offer discounted rates for longer stays, rates vary depending on the destination.

  • Can I smoke in the rental?  +

    All of our destinations are smoke-free environments. We remain committed to being an environmentally committed business. Evidence of smoking in the suite or on the balconies will result in a $500.00 fine. Throwing butts or garbage of any sort off the balcony will be subject to the same fine and may also result in eviction.

  • Do I have to provide identification? +

    Yes, for everyone’s safety you must provide government-issued ID and proof of the credit card that was used at the time of your booking when we are checking you in.  

  • Can I bring my pet? +

    Unfortunately, no however Natalia is a passionate animal lover so if your looking for a pet-sitter let her know ☺.

  • What is the check-in and out time?  +

    Our standard check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We do understand that sometimes your flight arrives earlier in the day or that sale at the mall is right in the middle of check-out time. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know at the date of booking, we definitely will try our best to accommodate. Please keep in mind this is based on the availability of the property.

  • How do I pick up my keys? +

    After we have confirmed your booking we will be in touch with you to set up a check-in time on your arrival date. What we love most about our business is the amazing people we get to meet everyday, we make sure we are always there to meet you, say hello, show you around the space, answer any questions you may have and give you all the keys you need.

  • When will my deposit be returned?  +

    Pending an inspection at check out and no damages found to the property, the security deposit is returned within 5 to 7 business days of your check out date.

  • Do I have to clean the home/condo when I leave? +

    We do ask that the property is left in the same condition as it was when you checked in and to treat the properties as you would your home. The cleaning team comes in after check-out to professionally clean the space however they truly appreciate when your garbage has been removed, the first load of laundry has been started, and any dirty dishes are in the dishwasher.

  • Can I extend my stay? +

    Yes, but we do recommend booking your whole stay at the time of your initial reservation. If you do require and extension of your stay, it is based on the availability of the property. Make sure if there is even a slight possibility that you will need an extension of your stay let us know when you are booking, checking in or as soon as you do know. If you have let us know of a possible extension, we will always contact you before rebooking your suite and give you 12 hours to respond. If we don’t hear from you in that time, we will assume you no longer need the extension. 

  • How many people can stay in a rental? +

    Depending on property type, if you have over the max guest occupancy there is an additional guest fee of $30 per guest, per night. Example: If you are staying in a 1-bedroom property with 3 guests, there will be an additional charge of $30 a night for the additional 1 guest above the max occupancy of 2.

  • Who do I contact with questions about my rental? +

    Us, we are ready to answer any questions or comments you may have during your stay, we are available 24/7 so please don’t hesitate to call, text or email anytime.

  • It is after hours and I have an emergency. What do I do? +

    Call us anytime, we have our phones near us at all times and please try both our phone numbers! If we happen to not answer the first call, please leave a voicemail with your name, where you are staying and your contact info and we will call you right back!
