Natalia and Tyler are wonderful hosts. When we arrived, everything was so clean and organized, and they had even surprised us with a breakfast cake, fruit and snacks and milk for coffee. It was a very peaceful stay. They were prompt to reply to everything we needed, and my colleague and I felt at home. They were totally obliging when I needed to extend the stay, as well as when we were late for our check in. We would not hesitate to book again, and look forward to visiting our home away from home in Edmonton again soon. Thank you Natalia + Tyler
We absolutely loved our stay in Natalia and Tyler's apartment. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. The apartment was in a fantastic position with a great coffee shop, bakery and trendy shops nearby. There's also a shopping centre a block away. Tyler was so accommodating and even allowed us to come a night early at very short notice. We stayed with our newborn baby and the apartment was just perfect. We honestly couldnt recommend the apartment more - and Tyler was AMAZING!!
This house is beautiful and well taken care of. It provided a great location, close to many amenities. We booked this house to prepare for a family wedding. The house was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed for the meal prep. Not to mention the hair salon right next door, couldn't have been more convenient! We couldn't have asked for a better rental, the beds were comfy and the living room provided the comfort of relaxing as a family. The back yard is secured with a large, locked fence, that provided privacy and security. The back yard would be amazing to have a BBQ in the summer. I can't forget to mention Tyler... He is fantastic!! His level of customer service is out of this world; from quick responses to questions from before booking to the wonderful service he provides through your stay. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Edmonton. It truly is a home away from home!
The apartment was exactly like described: bright, clean, spacious... Natalia was lovely and very helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this apartment, the location is perfect!
This is a great area, underground parking which is ideal for the winter months, and conveniently located. The apartment itself is spacious and had everything you needed. Tyler and Natalia were amazing - anything we needed, we could give Tyler a quick call and he was always helping us out. I would recommend staying here, and can imagine any other units they oversee are just as great. Thanks so much, Natalia and Tyler!
When arriving, they made everything such an easy process. Fresh milk and fruit were left for me which I thought was a great touch. The condo itself is incredible. The pictures don't do this awesome property justice. Location, location, location. The location is walking distance to the casino, Cactus Club, and many other restaurants and wine bars. If I'm back in Kelowna, this is where I'm planning on staying. Thanks again Natalia and Tyler!
High end all inclusive condo. Perfect management. Very clean unit. Very safe building and area to stay.High end restaurants right by your door. Just perfect.
Had business in downtown Edmonton for the week. Location of condo is excellent, and more than met my expectations.
Tyler was so accommodating for our family of five! The unit is a very clean, convenient downtown location close to shopping and restaurants. Went to visit family and friends in Edmonton over Christmas and a Christmas tree was set up for us. We arrived with the greeting of a friendly smile and everything we could ever need for our 3 weeks. Tyler even had a few essentials purchased for us on our arrival (bread, milk, fruit, and chocolates!). I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Edmonton. Thank you again for making our holiday so comfortable!
Natalia was very accommodating upon our request for viewing the unit prior to booking the property. At that point we felt comfortable booking the suite ahead of viewing it for a family member. When we met to take the keys Natalia and Tyler were very informative in regards to the building and the suite. We were also greeted with a food basket as a warm welcome. We highly recommend this unit located in the heart of Edmonton's most prestigious downtown areas with the suite including all household necessities from A to Z.
